Torsion impedance of CoFeSiB amorphous wires

摘要
In this work we report some results concerning the torsion impedance of amorphous Co-68.1 Fe4.4Si12.5B15 wires in the as-cast state, and after a stress annealing treatment. The influence of the drive current amplitude and frequency is also studied for these samples. A sensitivity to the applied torsion up to 17.6%/rad m is obtained for the annealed wire. The magnetoimpedance response of both types of samples gives evidence to the difference in their domain structure. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
