Structural features of quenched and equilibrium Al-Ni-Zr(Hf) alloys

摘要
The structural state of rapid quenched Al84Ni8Zr8(Hf-8) ribbons was determined by means of X-ray diffraction and SEM measurements. Each alloy consists of three compounds - Al, Al3Ni and metastable Al3Zr or Al3Hf, respectively. The partial isothermal sections in Al-rich region of the Al-Ni-Zr(Hf) phase diagrams at 1070 K were investigated.
