摘要：
The no-boundary management is an effective innovation, this paper discusses the motive and the mode of the no-boundary management in Xifeng oil field based on the analysis of the principle of the no-boundary management. Xifeng oil field brings in no-boundary notion in construction; breaks the limits of inside and outside, portrait and landscape orientation; establishes the no-boundary management mode of "tabular independent management, specialized interactive operation, socialized service guarantee", which has a significant effect on the present reform of the state-owned enterprises and the setting up the enterprises with core ability.
