摘要
It becomes very urgent how to prevent and reduce the adverse social impact of flight delays, since flight delays caused by a variety of reasons occur frequently and passenger clashes increase too. Based on the questionnaire and interview conducted by relevant departments of an airport, the problems of passenger unexpected events are analyzed under flight delays scenarios from the perspective of the airport. The improving suggestions replying to passenger unexpected events of civil airports are proposed, including improving flight delays compensation standards, establishing the early warning system of passenger unexpected events caused by flight delays, consummating the mechanism of communication and coordination between various departments and innovating the learning mechanism relaying to passenger unexpected events of civil airports.
