摘要：

This paper briefly describes the objective of passenger transport terminals. A methodology is proposed whereby the economic benefits and costs of these facilities may be established. The paper outlines how benefits for passengers, the public transport operator, the subsidising authority, and the opportunity costs of supplying facilities can be determined.
