University Socio-Professional Communication: A Call for Social Development

摘要
The new integrated Cuban university has today the social responsibility of preserving, developing and spreading out, the entire system of academic and scientific knowledge, methodologies and strategies emerging from its research work, constituted in professional culture, which extends to all productive, cultural, agrarian, socioeconomic and community scenes, with the purpose of transforming the social reality and satisfying the growing needs and human expectations. In these directions, this article assesses the importance of the university science professionals being creditors of an efficient socioprofessional communication platform for success in the work of social interaction, which guarantees transformation, progress and social sustainability.
