摘要
The crystal structure of Pb(ZrxTi1-x)O-3 powders, 0.20less than or equal toxless than or equal to0.54, was determined using neutron diffraction measurements. At room temperature the structure was tetragonal (P4mm) for xless than or equal to0.50 and monoclinic (Cm) for 0.52less than or equal toxless than or equal to0.54. The sample having x=0.50 transformed from tetragonal symmetry to monoclinic: at low temperature.
