摘要
After having designed a microstrip cascaded coupler in gold by means of PSPICE, an identical coupler in YBaCuO was carried out. Measurements of the coupling coefficient as a function of temperature made it possible to extract the intrinsic parameters from the superconducting film (penetration depth, critical temperature), by using the two fluids model. From these values, the dependence in temperature of the superconducting coupler could be established by means of PSPICE,. The comparison between measurements and simulation, shows a variation of the characteristic frequencies lower than 1% and thus shows the good adequacy of this software for the simulation of the microwaves components made of superconductors.
