摘要
New results of experimental search for double beta decay of Ge-76 (2nubetabeta) and Nd-150 (0nu + 2nu) to excited states of the daughter nuclei are presented. Data from 228 days of measurements performed with four HPGe detectors in the low background laboratory of Baksan neutrino observatory yield new limits on life-times T-1/2(0(+) --> 0(1)(+)) greater than or equal to 6.2 x 10(21) yr at 90 % C.L. for transition of Ge-76 to 0(1)(+) level of Se-76 and T-1/2(0(+) --> 0(1)(+)) greater than or equal to 1.5 x 10(20) yr at 90 % C.L. for transition of Nd-150 to 0(1)(+) level of Sm-150.
