摘要
We investigate a nonintegrable (3+1)-dimensional Jimbo-Miwa equation by truncating the Painleve expansion and performing computerized symbolic computation. We obtain a new auto-Backlund transformation and a new family of the exact solitonic solutions. Sample solutions of this family are presented. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science Ltd, All rights reserved.
