FERNANDO MORAN, AN INTELLECTUAL IN DIPLOMACY AND THE SOCIALIST POLITICS

This article analyzes the political career of Fernando Moran, highlighting his pro-European vocation and dedication to the African world. As a member of the generation of children of the War, his anti-Franco commitment began in the 1950s. Linked to Tierno Galvan, he participated in the government action of the first socialist legislature, to later join the current of the PSOE, Izquierda Socialista.
