摘要
The IEEE Standards Board approved the IEEE 802.11a standard for a wireless LAN in the 5 GHz band in September 1999. This article presents a high-speed wireless LAN chip set that complies with IEEE 802.11a. The chip set achieves a low power PCMCIA card type wireless LAN terminal.
