摘要
In this work, a modified bioflocculant was successfully prepared involving HM-636 amphoteric starch measuring the effect of the removal of total nitrogen from tannery wastewater as its optimisation index. Specifically, the effects of the modified bioflocculant on the removal of total nitrogen from tannery wastewater were investigated by the single-factor optimisation experiment and orthogonal optimization experiment, and the conclusions obtained were that the optimum factors were: amphoteric starch 0.2g/L, bioflocculant 3.5g/L, initiator (0.02mol/L) 2.5mL, reaction time of the second stage 28 minutes, rotation speed of mixing 270r/min, reaction temperature 35 degrees C, and reaction system pH5.0. The total nitrogen removal rate of 79.81% could be obtained under these optimal reaction conditions. In other words, the modified bioflocculant has an improved effect on the removal of total nitrogen.
