摘要
In the crisis aftermath companies competitiveness depends among other on their ability to acquire funds in innovative way. The first aim of this article is to identify new possibilities for firm financing resulting from public-private partnership (PPP) market development. The second aim is to recognize, which of them are most often applied by companies, which entered PPP arrangements in Poland. The method used in this article is mainly literature analysis, market data analysis and case studies analysis. Main findings of these article are that PPP arrangements create unique possibilities for companies to get a monopolist position. PPP arrangements create also exceptional chances for benefiting from numerous forms of the contingent capital provided by public authorities. Both result in stable revenues and allow companies to decide on higher financial leverage. PPPs create special possibilities to benefit from EU funds support.
