摘要
The objective of the paper is to implement an OFDM - MIMO system and analyze its performance, and implement an optimized dynamic resource allocation scheme for maximizing the minimum users capacity. Performance of the system can be vastly improved by properly allocating resources among the different users. The bits, sub-carriers, the power among the users, and power among the channels are dynamically allocated depending on the channel conditions in such a way that the error-free capacity of the minimum user is maximized.
