摘要
With the current Ebola outbreak in west Africa and continued intermittent outbreaks of other viral haemorrhagic fevers, there are concerns about identifying and managing cases imported to the UK. This article summarizes new guidance for acute care units, and describes a local approach to patients with suspected viral haemorrhagic fever. © MA Healthcare Limited 2014.
