摘要：
The improvement of the process of training professionals is a current need in a global context in which an intentional work of these is imposed on their social commitment to the future of the new generations. This work makes a methodological proposal for the contribution to the development of professional pedagogical skills in university students. It has considered professional problems, professional pedagogical skills and a series of methodological recommendations to the tutors of the institutions in which the students will carry out their practical exercises, which will allow them to elaborate the individual work plans of the students in this practice.
