Composition and field dependence of the thermal hysteresis at the FRL-FRH phase transition in Zr-rich PbZr1-xTixO3

摘要
Dielectric response has been investigated in Zr-rich ceramics PbZr1-xTixO3 (PZT) doped with Nb2O5 (1% wt), in the temperature range corresponding to the F-RL-F-RH phase transition. The composition of the samples varied from x=0.025 to 0.05, in 0.005 intervals. The thermal hysteresis has been measured as the Zr/Ti ratio changes. The a.c field amplitude dependence has been also studied. The observed behavior will be discussed taking into account the structure of the ferroelectric ceramics.
