摘要
In order to study the SO2 emission from corn stalk combustion, two experiments on corn stalk combustion in a fixed-bed reactor experiment system have been done, with the atmospheres 21%O-2/79%CO2 and 21%O-2/79%N-2 respectively at different temperatures (800 degrees C-1200 degrees C). SO2 concentration as a function of time and SO2 conversion rate were obtained. The results show that SO2 conversion rate in 21%O-2/79%CO2 atmosphere is lower than that in 21%O-2/79%N-2 atmosphere at the same temperature. With temperature increasing, SO2 conversion rate increases first and then decreases in the same atmosphere. The burnout time of corn stalk reduces steadily as temperature rises. Corn stalk burns out in 21%O-2/79%CO2 atmosphere slower than that in 21%O-2/79%N-2 atmosphere at the same temperature.
