摘要
In order to analyze some methodological alternatives for the teaching of Labor Law and Social Security, a descriptive study of bibliographic review type was carried out. The methodological strategy was systematized through the research methods: hermeneutic and analytic-synthetic, in addition to the technique of content analysis. The findings obtained allow us to conclude that there are unorthodox methodologies for the teaching of Labor Law and Social Security, including professional practice as a didactic tool; as well as the active ones that among their methods have: conceptual maps, problemica exhibition, the heuristic conversation, partial search, investigative method, case method, collaborative work and groups of puzzles.
