摘要：
The main processes occurring at the interface between crystals of Bi2Te3-Sb2Te3 and Bi2Te3-Bi2Se3 solid solutions and Bi-, Sb-, Sn-, Pb-, Cd-, Ag-, and Ni-based metallic alloys are investigated. It is shown that low-resistance contacts with stable electrical parameters and a satisfactory adhesive strength can be produced.
