Biodegradable products are necessary because of swelling landfills, and there is a demand for electrical equipment packaging that uses a biodegradable film with similar properties and price to a non biodegradable film. This article describes a biodegradable film that provides excellent contact, barrier, and vapor phase corrosion inhibition, while qualifying as an anti-stat biodegradable corrosion inhibiting film.
