摘要
The article identified specific features of the development of organizational and technological models of construction of high-rise buildings in the organizational and technological documentation. The attention is focused on the existing drawbacks and problems of designing high-rise buildings, which are faced by designers. Some characteristic features of high-rise buildings and soils, affecting the choice of the type of foundation, are reflected and the options for foundation systems for these cases are considered. At the planning stage of new construction, the costs associated with the energy consumption of the building, equipment and support systems throughout the life of the facility should be assessed, resulting in additional financial savings in the future. The qualified organizational and technological designing allows to increase technical and economic indicators of construction operation along with its organizational and technological reliability, promotes optimization of construction processes. The provided organizational and technological documentation allows to improve the level of competitiveness of construction companies and commissioning the facility with required level of quality in due time, as well as to increase energy efficiency of the designed facility and to make its erection more power efficient. In order to reduce labor costs, material consumption, product cost and construction time, while technological efficiency is increasing an algorithm has been developed taking into account the peculiarities of construction of high-rise buildings.
