摘要：
The Private Securities Litigation Reform Act's safe harbor provision for forward-looking statements is intended to protect companies from liability for making overly optimistic predictions about future performance. In this article, the author provides an overview and analysis of recent court decisions constructing the scope of the safe harbour provision.
