New technology in recombined infant formula baby food

Producing baby food products requires the best possible quality of raw materials. We shall look at the different types of raw materials that can be used, as well as the requirements for them. In some cases, raw materials available on the market do not meet the requirements. We shall therefore look into what can be done to change inferior raw materials into acceptable products. The different processing steps will be explained as well as all needs for safe and homogeneous production, enabling production of baby milk products, which meet the international requirements.
