摘要：

The title compound, [Ru(NO2)(2)(OH)(C10H8N2S)(NO)]. is the main product of the reaction between RuCl3? and dps (dps is 2,2'-dipyridyl sulfide, C10H8N2S) in ethanol-water at room temperature followed by reaction with NaNO2 at a higher temperature. The Ru atom has a distorted octahedral coordination geometry with the dps molecule behaving as an N,N'-bidentate ligand, The six-membered chelate ring adopts a boat conformation.
