摘要
According to the structure feature of double helical gears, a mathematical method for loaded tooth contact analysis of double helical gears is presented. Firstly, the flexibility coefficients of grid corner nodes on tooth working surfaces are obtained by finite element calculation. With the interpolation method, the flexibility coefficients of all tooth surface contact points in a meshing period can be obtained. According to practical mesh conditions, tooth surface normal flexibility matrix is built, and with the superposition method, normal flexibility matrix of gear pairs is built. Considering the supporting shafts deformation effect on tooth surface flexibility matrix, additional matrix is superposed to tooth surface flexibility matrix and normal flexibility matrix of gear system is ultimately built. Secondly, according to the condition of compatibility of deformation, the condition of force equilibrium and the non-embedded condition, the mathematic programming model for tooth contact of double helical gears is obtained.
