摘要
Due to their natural origin, small size, and stability in biological fluids, exosomes can reach target cells, accumulate in tissues, cross the blood-brain barrier, and induce therapeutic effects. This review discusses the properties of exosomes, the methods of their isolation, characterization, and storage, and the prospects of their therapeutic applications, first, for stimulation of regenerative processes, and second, for drug delivery.
