摘要：
In recent years, the severe employment situation of the university students' is becoming more severe with the increasing number of university graduates in China. The reason lies in the social, the policy and the university students themselves. The solution of the problem bears on the immediate interests of the college students, and need the combined efforts of the government, enterprises, colleges and universities and college students.
