Study of DNA Complexes with Platinum Coordination Compounds using Atomic Force and Fluorescent Microscopy

摘要
Experiment demonstrates that DNA interaction with Pten show tendency to appearance of DNA bending, similar to that observed for cisDDP. Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) images indicate the existence of intra- and interstrand for DNA-Pten (DMSO) complexes.
