The main objective of this study is to Measure the effect of Business Intelligence Capabilities on organizational Agility. Two dimensions were used to measure Business Intelligence Capabilities: competitive pressure and institutional isomorphism. The proposed model was tested in the context of Cellular Communications Companies in Jordan. The survey was administered directly to a total of (62) managers and head of section. Results suggest that competitive pressure and institutional isomorphism has a strong and positive impact on organizational Agility. Results confirm the varying importance a Business Intelligence Capabilities dimensions on organizational Agility. To maintain Superior competitive advantage, management in Cellular Communications Companies at Jordan must handle each dimension of Business Intelligence Capabilities.
