A Research on Network Innovative Mechanism in Industrial Clusters-Taking Zhejiang Province as an Example

Cooperative innovation changes the traditional concept of innovation and provides a broad space for the sustainable development of innovation. The formation of innovative mechanisms of cooperation within the cluster and the evolution of the model within the organization and the vertical and horizontal division of enterprises are closely linked. The cluster model, a small number of leading enterprises plus many SMEs, is the premise for the set of a perfect organization of Innovation Network Group. A reasonable vertical and horizontal division of labor is the basis for the enhancement of the innovative ability of business cooperation. As organizational model has not yet been perfected, a division of labor is not yet clear. On the whole, Zhejiang's industrial clusters are still in the initial stage of cooperation and innovation; its network innovative mechanisms have not yet formed.
