Managing the pre-implementation and implementation process of an M&A. The planning and the execution of the merger or acquisition process is an exercise of the base process. What is so particularly in project management? A merger is really a type of project? Can truly the project management to deliver on time merger with optimal costs? How project management manage the change? Can the project management ensure that a merger or an acquisition will be a success?
