Lenalidomide and anti-CD20-based combinations have validated efficacy in treatment of follicular lymphoma in both the frontline and the relapsed settings. In this issue of Blood, Bachy et al(1) report the tolerability and efficacy of obinutuzumab and lenalidomide in the frontline therapy of follicular lymphoma.
