摘要
Mesoscopic fluorescence molecular tomography is a new emerging optical imaging technique. It can be used for non-invasive imaging at dimensions of 1mm-5mm The iterative image reconstruction algorithms for mesoscopic fluorescence molecular tomography are usually computationally expensive for the existence of large number of unknowns. In this paper, a new image reconstruction algorithm for mesoscopic fluorescence molecular tomography based on dual-wavelength measurements is proposed. The proposed algorithm employs both of the excitation and emission light measurements during the iteration process. The Jacobian matrix is calculated with the Green's function. The prior information is employed to guide the generation of the adaptively refined grid. To further improve the efficiency of reconstruction, the grid is refined throughout the whole reconstruction process according to the last iterative results. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can greatly speed up the reconstruction process with the improved quality of the reconstructed images.
