摘要
A new kind of chiral compounds with multiple amino, amido and phenolic hydroxy groups has been synthesized from D-phenylalanine and D-phenylglycine, respectively. The enantiomeric discriminations of alpha-hydroxy acids and N-Ts-alpha-amino acids have been finished in the presence of the above chiral compounds as chiral solvating agents by H-1 NMR spectroscopy. The results show that the chiral compounds are highly effective and practical chiral solvating agents towards alpha-hydroxy acids and N-Ts-alpha-amino acids. (C) 2015 Elsevier Ltd.
