摘要
There's a hypothesis that PLLACL/Span80 nanofibrous mats would have some Span80 on the surface of the composite nanofibers. We prepared PLLACL/Span80 nanofibers by electrospinning of emulsions made of PLLACL, chloroform, Span-80, and distilled water, and then systematically investigated them to test the hypothesis above. The morphology of PLLACL/Span80 nanofibers was investigated by atomic force microscopy. Meanwhile, the surface hydrophilicity of the nanofibrous mats were also examined by water contact angle test.
