摘要：
The evaluation of scientific researchers is an important part of scientific research management in Chinese colleges and universities from the perspective of sustainable development. Focusing on the evaluation of scientific researchers in universities, this paper designs an evaluation model, and constructs an evaluation index system by combining the basic personal information of scientific researchers with their achievements. Furthermore, a new evaluation method for scientific researchers based on Support Vector Machine (EMSR-SVM) is proposed. Finally, the comparative experiments have been done with a large number of data sets from the scientific research platform of the university. The experimental results show that this method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can efficiently improve the evaluation of scientific researchers.
