The Pattern and Application of Corporation Design Strategy

In recent years, more and more scholars have began to realize that the importance of design strategy on the corporation, and to force in the research of this aspect. However, current research still stays on concept level rather than on the level of design strategy system. This paper, on the basis of previous studies, defines the concept and composition of design strategy, advances four patterns of design strategy, and takes the design strategy of Apple as an example as the basis for empirical research. I hope which facilitates the research on the enterprise strategic.
