摘要
The vibrations of an angle grinder are measured at distinct points of its housing. These signals can be used to estimate the worker's risk of hazard or to assess the quality of the machine and to locate the mechanisms of excitation. Parameters of models for simulation are also deduced from measurements. A significant interaction between the engine's rotor and working shaft or carbon brushes and the electrical system can be seen. Thus the vibrations of housing are influenced by the design and tolerances during the production process, by the suspension and by electrical forces.
