摘要：

This paper sets up the research progress on the influence of user-side management on user preference elasticity, and classifies the influencing factors. Combing with sorts of user preference and new power system, terminal consumption behavior analysis based on "ubiquitous power Internet of Things"is carried out. This article uses behavior data from Jinan as sample to study demand response factors on user elasticity. These conclusion can be applied in consumers' consumption behavior based on "ubiquitous power Internet of Things.
