摘要
Terbium and samarium co-doped ceria was studied as electrolyte membrane for intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cell single cells. The ceramic doped ceria powders with different composition like Ce0.9Sm0.1O2-delta and Ce(0.9)Sm(x)TbyO(2-delta) were synthesized using glycine-nitrate thermal decomposition process and the films were deposited using ultrasonic spray pyrolysis method. The samples were characterized using XRD, SEM, AFM and impedance methods. The conductivity measurements of the disk like samples were conducted at different temperatures and gas environments.
