摘要
In this paper the design of a turbo generator with high voltage stator winding is presented. In distinction from conventional technique the stator winding is not build with isolated bars. For this concept common high voltage cables are used. Therefore it is possible to raise the stator voltage up-to 110 kV to 400 M The advantage of this concept is that the transformer is no longer necessary. The conclusion of this paper is that it is possible to design a turbo generator with high voltage stator windings, but the new machine is much larger than a common one. Furthermore the efficiency is lower (0.6% resp. 2.3%) than for a conventional machine because of skin effect losses in the cables.
