In this short note we prove that an oriented Einstein four-manifold with Ric = g and sectional curvature K >= 1/30 (19-root 271) is isometric to (S-4, go) or (CP2, g(FS)) up to rescaling. (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
