摘要
Multi-projects or replaceable solutions of bringing forth new ideas design and operation is main model of bringing forth new ideals of modern enterprise technology. The paper proclaims that there is objective make up laws among projects, and poses that there are three sorts of make up models that they are establish ties, parallel connection and series-parallel connection forms on the main model of bringing forth new ideals of enterprise technology., the paper constructs the make up GERT net model of risk and period reviewing on bringing forth new ideals of enterprise technology, and designs algorithm of the model. Then the paper puts forward technical innovation organization form to improve efficiency of industrial innovation.
