摘要
Different schools in the philosophy of science to discuss the development pattern of scientific activities. Popper of critical rationalism and Kuhn of historical relativism, who both give a very important revelation to the transition of modern scientific education idea-there also exists irrationality in scientific activities; development of scientific research is not cumulative; scientific theory cannot be deified and we should maintain a high level of critical attitude.
