Research on the relation between innovation strategy and capital structure of firms

摘要：
From the angle of minimizing the financing cost, this paper constructs a dynamic optimization model for the relation between innovation strategy and capital structure, and selects Chinese listed companies of energy to make empirical study. We find that investment on innovation strategy has a negative relation with debt ratio, and dynamic environment will further strengthen the negative relation.
