摘要
Nowadays there is a need to discuss education in society, especially the proposals developed in high school, since there are many challenges to overcome. This research aimed to analyze, in educators' view, their perception about the implementation of a Collaborative Learning Laboratory (LAC) with a view to improving learning and local development. The study setting was a large private confessional high school, located in Belo Horizonte, in the Western region. The subjects of the research were the teachers of the segment, the classroom coordinator and his assistant, and all educators of the school who spontaneously wanted to participate. Qualitative methodology was used, and the data collection instruments include semi-structured interviews and systematic observation through the Monitoring Sheets of the activities carried out on site. The testimonies obtained through interviews and systematic observation were analyzed based on thematic content analysis, according to Bardin (2016). In this sense, the material was explored, and the results were treated and interpreted based on the theoretical review. The research revealed great positive relevance with elements for the construction of a proposal for socially innovative intervention that is committed to local development, being a strategy that can be extended to the classroom to improve learning.
