摘要
Polarization rotation is an important technique often used in Terahertz quasi-optical system. In this paper, a polarization rotator based on a reflective planar groove grating is studied. A polarization rotator working at 450GHz is designed, simulated, fabricated and used in a Quasi-optical tracking scanning antenna system.
