摘要：
Metanephric adenomas in children are very rare. We present the case of a 2-year-old girl with a mass of the left kidney. The lesion was completely removed by nephron-sparing surgery. Histopathologic examination revealed a metanephric adenoma. Copyright (C) 2009 S. Karger AG, Basel
